Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that the tour is canceled by the company, Dominant Travel, the deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations 60 days before the tour begins, the customer will receive a full refund less the deposit.
For cancellations made 20-60 days before the tour begins, refunds will vary depending on expenses incurred by the tour organizer. Cases will vary based on arrangements and payments made by Dominant Travel.
Cancellations made 19 days or less before the tour begins is non-refundable.
Cancellations throughout the tour of site visits, meals, accommodation, or any other activities or services included in the tour are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Dominant Travel reserves the right to cancel site visits, tours or activities prior to departure in the event an unexpected situation should arise. In this event, a full refund for that site visit, tour or activity will be issued to the customer. Airline tickets and travel insurance are non-refundable.
Refund inquiries or complaints must be made within 30 days of the completion of the tour. Refund or complaint inquiries will be considered by Dominant Travel within 30 days of filing the inquiry.
Dominant Travel is not responsible for unexpected circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, or weather conditions.
Dominant Travel is not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, death, damage, loss, to the person or personal property.
Dominant Travel reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary should any unforeseen circumstances arise. The company reserves the right to cancel site visits due to unforeseen circumstances such as government actions or closure of sites or attractions. Should such an event arise, the canceled activity will be replaced by another attraction.
Health insurance is provided for each traveler
with AIG Egypt Insurance Company as part of Dominant's tour package.
Insurance provided by Dominant Travel does not cover chronic diseases or
pre-existing conditions. The insurance coverage is as specified below. Contact
your tour organizer should you choose to add additional coverage to your
